PutterCups Tour Rep confirmed that aswell as Captains Paul McGinley (pictured below) and Jean van de Velde taking PutterCups for their team members, the following GB&I players, Ross Fisher, Mark Foster, Jamie Donaldson & David Horsey, were all seen practicing with PutterCups before the first day’s action got underway. Any coincidence that GB&I take a 4-1 lead into day two? Perhaps Darren’s been telling them how PutterCups helped him win The Open?

Today’s Golfer paid compliment to the simple genius of PutterCups in their September issue shown below. Instruction editor Joel Tadman saw the product being used by a number of European Tour players at Wentworth and having picked one up himself was impressed with the simple but highly effective drills the product makes possible.

Francesco Molinari is amongst over 30 European Tour Pro’s known to be using PutterCups as part of their putting practice routines and pictured below is brother Edoardo discussing the benefits of the product with short game guru and PutterCups fan Mark Roe. Players currently confirmed to be using PutterCups include Open Champion Darren Clarke, Thomas Bjorn, Thomas Levet, Pablo Larrazabal, Ricardo Gonzalez, Gregory Bourdy, Anders Hansen, Paul McGinley, Robert Jan Derksen, Raphael Jacqueline, Thongchai Jaidee, Francesco Molinari, David Lynn, Jeev Milkha Singh, Nicolas Colsaerts, Martin Wiegele, Bernt Wiesberger, Lee Slattery, Anthony Wall, Paul Lawrie, Nick Dougherty, Phillip Price, Oliver Fisher, Scott Strange, Robert Coles, Gregory Havret and Shane Lowry.

Golf Today ran a couple of features on PutterCups soon after their Professional launch at the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth.

PutterCups’ European Tour Rep confirmed that new Open Champion Darren Clarke took not one, but two PutterCups to practice with at the Wales Open. We’d never be so bold as to lay claim to helping Darren lift the Claret Jug, but since launch on the European Tour at the BMW PGA Championships we know for a fact that 3 winners since practice with PutterCups and that Dave Stockton, the World renowned putting coach responsible, some say, for Rory’s blitzing of the field at the US Open, is a massive advocate of the great new putting product. PutterCups – practice like the pro’s!
Thomas Levet claimed his National Open with a great final round performance, 25 years after he first played in the event. The victory was also the second in a row by players embracing the benefits of practicing with PutterCups, after Pablo Larrazabal’s victory in Italy. Thomas, who tried PutterCups for the first time at the BMW PGA Championships, said of PutterCups, “It is a great little thing, yes I love practicing with it as it gives some great focus”.
Spain’s Pablo Larrazabal won the BMW International Open just weeks after starting to use PutterCups as part of his practice putting routine. Larrazabal is pictured practicing at the BMW Championships before claiming his second win on Tour after a play-off with Sergio Garcia which he won with some great putting under pressure, one of the key advantages that PutterCups bring to your putting routine.
